December 2007 Yeehaw!!

Christmas is almost here. The year just flew by didn't it? Well, what's happened since the last post in February?

Let's see...... Josh got his learner's permit in March, so he's been driving for nine months now. He's a pretty good driver when he's not showing off. I think I'll make him get his grades up though before he can get his REAL license.

Wyatt is getting ready to start playing basketball. He stayed at Three Falls School by mom's house, so he still doesn't know too many kids that live by us. He likes going to Casey's house to play. Casey lives in mom's ward. Wyatt decided to try riding Josh's motorcycle (the XR100). I thought he wouldn't be able to do it, but he can and he's actually pretty good at it.

Sarah is still Sarah-independent and can make me crazy sometimes. A few weeks ago Rusty and I were sitting downstairs doing something on the computer. We hear this CRASH, BANG, BOOM on the stairs above us. I'm thinking someone has fallen down all the stairs and they are probably dead. We go running up there to see Sarah at the top of the stairs and her bowling ball sitting by the front door. Rusty grabs her, spanks her and tells her to go to her room. I'm feeling bad for her thinking she just accidentally dropped her ball trying to get it out or something like that. So I go ask her sarcastically, "Were you trying to see how high your ball would bounce?" She answered "YES"! It was no accident! I hope she has a kid just like her.

Paige is two and a half-almost. I am getting ready to potty train her. I just wish SHE would get ready. At first she refused to even sit on the toilet. Not even princess underwear would entice her! Now she will sit on the toilet, but that's it - no pee pee or poo poo. I can't wait- no more diapers! Yeah!

Me and Rusty: As I'm sure you know, we finally bought a house. I don't know who was happier-me or mom. It isn't my dream house, but I really like it and it feels like home. I could probably live in this house forever. Who needs a dream house anyway? We're still hanging pictures and decorating. It pretty fun to decorate. And some day Janna might actually come and see my house. Just kidding. She actually saw it before we were through buying it.
We went down to Natalie's for Thanksgiving. We had a good dinner with Jon and the kids. Natalie didn't get home from work until dinner was over. You should go down and visit her sometime and see her new house. (Unless you are reading this and you ARE Natalie, then you've already seen your house.)

Well, I hope everyone's doing well. I might post some pictures from Thanksgiving tomorrow.
Ta ta for now.

I love the story about Sarah. That totally sounds like her. You are hilarious. You need to post more often. I laugh the whole time I'm reading!
